We are looking for a Mid-level Controller with experience in growing finance dept.
TokuOra is an online site helping the workforce, veterans, parolees, students and people in-between get matched to careers by a proprietary AI, Machine Learning and Psychometric technology. You will be part of a team that will provide a better quality of life to over half the world.
⦁ Ensure effective internal controls for the organization.
⦁ Manage tasks within finance relating to record keeping and reporting.
⦁ Develop financial statements.
⦁ Cash management.
⦁ Create Budgets.
⦁ Produce audit work papers.
⦁ Facilitate external audits, and preparation of state and federal tax returns.
⦁ Maintain banking relationships.
⦁ Ensure financial regulatory compliance.
⦁ Responsible for audit process, work closely with auditors from start to finish.
⦁ Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate accounting department staff.
⦁ Fulfill special assignments as required by Executive Director.
⦁ Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance is preferred by not essential.
⦁ 5-7 years of Sr. Accountant/Accounting Manager experience is preferred.
⦁ Audit / Compliance Reporting experience (required)
⦁ Strong Excel skills
⦁ Supervisory experience (required)
$150K+ p/a, Equity, Profit Sharing
